1The address
Write to [email protected]. Technical trouble, coin purchases, privacy and deletion requests, moderation follow-ups, business inquiries — all of it lands in the same queue, so nothing gets bounced between departments. There is no phone line and no chat widget: email leaves a written trail for both sides, and it lets us investigate before we answer instead of guessing live.
2What to include
A few details turn a three-day thread into a single reply:
- The email or ID tied to your account, if you have one — never your password.
- What you tried to do and what happened instead, in one or two sentences.
- When it happened and on which device and browser.
- For payment questions: the date, the bundle size and the receipt, never full card numbers.
3How fast we answer
The inbox is read every day, weekends included, and every message gets a reply within 48 hours — most within a day. Payment and safety reports jump the queue. If your case needs a deeper look, you will hear that from us inside the same window, not silence.
4What support cannot do
We cannot identify another user for you, share their contact details, or hand over anything about their account — privacy cuts both ways. Moderators also cannot reverse a skip: matches are random by design, and a skipped stranger cannot be summoned back. The help center covers the questions we hear most, often faster than a mail round-trip.
5Before you write
A surprising share of questions answer themselves in under a minute. Coins missing after a payment usually means the confirmation mail landed in spam; video that stays black is almost always a blocked camera permission in the browser, not a broken site; a call that keeps dropping is worth retesting on another network before blaming the matcher. The help center collects these fixes, and the how Flirtify works page explains anything about the matching itself.
6After you write
Your message enters the queue with a ticket reference, and the reply comes from a named person, not a template. If solving it takes more than one round — a payment trace, a moderation review — we tell you what is happening and when to expect the next update, so you are never left wondering whether anyone read it. Writing twice about the same issue does not speed anything up; adding new details to the same thread does.
7Privacy and safety requests
Asking us to delete your data, or reporting someone who broke the rules, goes to the same address with the subject "Privacy" or "Report". Deletion requests are confirmed in writing once completed. For behavior on a live call, the in-call report button is always faster than email — it attaches the context moderators need automatically.
