1What we collect

Only what a live video service cannot run without:

• Technical data every website sees: IP address, device and browser type, and security logs used to keep the service up and abuse out.
• Usage events: matching activity, feature use and coin transactions, so calls connect and purchases are honored.
• Account details, only if you choose to register: a nickname, login credentials and whatever optional profile fields you fill in yourself.
• Support correspondence when you write to us.

2What we never do

Three lines we do not cross, whoever asks. Flirtify does not record, store or replay your video and audio calls — a call exists while it happens and nowhere after. We do not sell your personal data to anyone, and we do not share it with advertisers for profiling. We do not read or mine your conversations for marketing.

3Cookies and analytics

Flirtify uses a small set of cookies: functional ones that keep you logged in and remember your choices, and analytics cookies that count visits and performance in aggregate so we know what to fix. Analytics data is looked at in totals — pages and trends, not individual people. You can block analytics cookies in your browser and the site still works.

4How long data is kept

Security logs rotate out on a short cycle. Account data stays while the account exists; coin transaction records are kept for the period tax and payment law requires, then removed. When you ask us to delete your account, everything tied to it goes with it apart from those legally required payment records.

5Who sees your data

A handful of processors touch data strictly to run the service: hosting and CDN providers, the payment processor that handles your purchase, and the analytics tools above. Each is bound to handle it only for that purpose. Other users see only what you show on camera or type yourself — moderation context from a report is the single exception, used solely to enforce the community guidelines.

6Minors

Flirtify is an adults-only service and is not directed at anyone under 18, or under the age of majority where they live. We never knowingly gather information from minors. If we learn that a minor has used the site, the account and everything tied to it is deleted immediately — and if you believe a minor is on Flirtify, tell us at [email protected] so we can act.

7Your choices

You can use Flirtify without an account, stay anonymous on camera for as long as you want, block analytics cookies, and ask us at any time what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Deletion and access requests go to [email protected] with the subject "Privacy" and are answered within 48 hours — deletion is confirmed in writing once done. The help center answers the common cases first.
