These terms are the agreement between you and Flirtify when you use flirtify.uno. They are written to be read, not to hide in — the short version is: be an adult, treat the other person like one, and the site is yours to enjoy.

11. Adults only — no exceptions
Flirtify is strictly for adults. By using the site you declare that you are at least 18 years old, or older where the age of majority in your country is higher, and that adult content is legal for you to view where you are. Passing the age gate with a false claim is a material breach of these terms: the account is closed permanently, and any case involving minors is reported to the authorities. If you are not an adult, leave now — there is nothing here for you.
22. The service
Flirtify provides random 1-on-1 video chat: the matcher pairs two consenting adults into a private camera call, and either side can skip at any moment. We provide the room, not the conversation — what two adults choose to say on a call is theirs, within the law and these terms. We may adjust, pause or withdraw features at any time, and we do not promise uninterrupted availability.
33. Free to start, coins after
Starting on Flirtify is free: first matches cost nothing. Paid actions are priced in coins, always shown before anything is charged. Every coin bundle is a one-time purchase — Flirtify sells no subscriptions, and nothing on this site renews or bills automatically. Coins are a digital balance for use on the site: they are not money, cannot be withdrawn or transferred, and are non-refundable once bought, except where law requires otherwise. Prices can change for future purchases; coins you already hold are not devalued retroactively.
44. Your conduct
You agree to follow the community guidelines on every call. In short: no minors in any context, no recording or restreaming others without consent, no threats, blackmail, scams or hate speech, nothing illegal. You are responsible for what happens on your camera and from your account. Content that is illegal where you live is illegal here too.
55. Privacy on calls
Flirtify does not record your video or audio calls, and we never sell your personal data — the privacy policy details what little we hold. The other side of the call is another person with their own screen, so share nothing you could not live with being kept. What other users show you is theirs: you may not capture, publish or distribute it.
66. Enforcement and termination
We can suspend or close any account that breaks these terms, with or without warning, and severe violations — minors, blackmail, recording others, fraud — mean permanent removal on the first strike. Remaining coin balances on accounts closed for serious violations are forfeited. You can stop using Flirtify at any time and ask us to delete your data via [email protected].
77. Liability and changes
The service is provided "as is": to the maximum extent the law allows, Flirtify is not liable for what users say or do on calls, for interrupted connections, or for indirect losses. These terms can change as the product grows; the date at the top shows the current version, and continuing to use the site after a change means you accept it.
